We are closed for the Easter break from 5pm on Thursday 28th March to 9am Tuesday 2nd April, so if you need to get hold of us, please use our Customer Services system which we will be checking a couple of times a day over the holiday.
1. To use our Customer Services System first log into your account.
2. There you will find the heading 'My Customer
Service History’. Click on 'Contact Customer Services'.
3. You will be
taken to a page where you can send us a message outlining your problem.
Once you have completed this form click on the 'Submit to Customer
To read our
response you will need to log in. It will appear under the same heading (My Customer
Service History) on your account. Click on the Customer Service Reference number to open up the message.
The advantage of using this system rather than email is that we can access your messages remotely and that means we can keep on top of things during the holiday period.
