When you purchase any items from our Printable Downloads or Digital Downloads department, what you are buying is an electronic product (e-product) which means that nothing will physically ship to you in the post.
Instead, you will receive an order confirmation email which contains a link to a special download page and you need to visit that page within fourteen days in order to download the file.
Your order confirmation email should look something like this:

If you ordered more than one e-product, you will still only have one link. Click on the link in your email and it will take you to your own customised page with a list of individual download links for all the e-products you bought.
Click on each download link and your computer will probably ask you what you want to do. Some security software may warn you that the link could be malicious, but you can rest assured we virus check all our files before upload maintain the highest security standards on the website at all times.
When prompted, save the file to your computer (remember where you put it!). Some downloads can take quite a while depending on the speed of your internet connection. Be patient and leave it running.
The file you save is a .zip file, which is a special type of file that allows us to compress the download and make it smaller (quicker for you to download). It also allows us to package up more than one file, in this case all our downloads come with copies of our licence terms so you are clear on what you can and can't do with the image you have purchased.
Remember where you saved the file to? Go there and locate the file. Right click on it and from the menu that pops up, left click on 'Extract to' and choose where you want to save the contents. Mac users - double click the file and it should automatically extract the contents.
The contents are all pdf files which open with Acrobat Reader (available free of charge from www.adobe.com). Choose which file you want to open and print it out ready to go do some crafting!
If you have not received an order confirmation email with a link in it, check your junk mail or spam folder as emails with links can sometimes be filtered as spam by your mail program. To help avoid that, add sales@chocolatebaroque.com to your address book.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 12 hours of placing your order, please email me at sales@chocolatebaroque.com and I can re-send the email to you.
