Shipping is charged based on the weight of the items, so to find out how much it will cost, we recommend you register your details on the website then put the items in your basket and proceed to checkout. You can see what the shipping costs are BEFORE you decide whether to go ahead or not.
If you are in the European Union, you will be charged VAT on your order, unless you are a registered trade/wholesale customer and you have already provided us with a valid VAT registration number.
Europe AirMail
If your order is less than 2kg in weight (including packaging) you will be presented with Europe AirMail as an option on the checkout page. If you do not see this option, it is because the combined weight of your order comes to more than 2kg.
Europe AirMail is the cheapest option, but carries NO INSURANCE whatsoever. To cover your goods against loss or damage in transit, please choose Courier.
Courier - Euro Zone
We use Parcelforce 48 hour European Courier service which takes two working days to reach most European destinations.
Your goods are insured against loss or damage.
Damages must be reported to sales@chocolatebaroque.com within 5 days of receiving the goods. If the outer box has been damaged in transit, please take photographs and email them to us.

Should this happen we will contact you to discuss any changes to your order before proceeding. |

| There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or we discover that the last one on the shelf is damaged. On these occasions we will contact you prior to despatch to discuss how you wish us to proceed and if an alternative would be acceptable. Following on from your instructions we will then adjust your order accordingly and refund the cost of the product, plus any shipping charges, if necessary. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If any product arrives damaged in transit you should notify us immediately in order that we discuss the matter and arrange a replacement where possible.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on printable or digital products.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return/exchange up to 15 days from the date of despatch. In this instance please notify us as soon as possible so that we may be given the opportunity to rectify the error. On those occasions where a product needs to be returned, Chocolate Baroque will refund any postage charges incurred. In the case of large/bulky items, we may arrange collection. If you change your mind, you can return any product within 30 days of the date of you receiving the goods, provided they are complete, undamaged and in their origial packaging. We will not cover the cost of postage for returning items due to you changing your mind.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges to UK addresses are charged as follows:
£3.50 for orders under £10.00
£2.50 for orders of £10.00 or above
FREE for orders of £25.00 or above (£15.00 for Guild Members)
Shipping to all other areas is calculated based on weight and will be shown at the checkout.
Shipping is not charged on Digital and Printable products. If your shopping cart has multiple items
that include products from these categories you may still be charged
shippping on the remaining products.
Shipping Time
We aim to despatch orders within 3 to 5 working days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or during UK Bank Holidays.
As we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Chocolate Baroque or other parties only as an estimate.

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Chocolate Baroque shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chocolate Baroque shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chocolate Baroque shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |

| VAT is charged on all products at the current rate of 20% for any orders shipped within the UK and Europe. VAT will not be charged on items shipped to the US and countries outside of the EU.
Chocolate Baroque is not liable for any charges incurred by customers purchasing from outside the UK and Europe. The cost of any import duty, charges or other such taxes levied by the cutomers' own country are the sole responsibility of the customer. |
