 Cropper Hopper Stamp Files - discontinued item
 I love the Cropper Hopper stamp file. I currently have two on my desk and another waiting to have it's split corner repaired. You see that's the bad news - I have decided to discontinue them because they really don't travel well. Every single delivery has one or two that haven't survived the journey - typically they arrive nested in threes and the bottom one is split down at least one corner. We've talked to our supplier, but it is a real problem and even though we don't get charged for a damaged one, we import these from the USA which means we are paying a hefty shipping charge on a bulky item which we then can't sell. The good news is, I'm in the process of sourcing/designing something to replace it, so watch this space. At the time of writing, we have six undamaged stamp files left and won't be getting these back in. We will continue to stock the refill cards so if you already have one of these or you use the cards in another system, we'll still carry those. Glenda

Snow causing delivery delays
We have been advised by Parcelforce and Royal Mail that the severe
weather is causing postal delays in affected parts of the UK. We are
lucky enough to be able to walk to work and we are situated almost next
door to the local Royal Mail sorting office, so we are continuing to
process orders as normal. Please be patient though if it takes a little longer for your delivery to get through - we want everyone to stay safe!
